Waterside Marina - Norfolk, VA

This marina is basically at MM 0, the start of the ICW after the Chesapeake Bay. Your trip to the marina from either direction will take you by countless US Navy ships docked and in various states of repair. There is one entrance to the floating docks and is pretty easy in and out. We were here during the pandemic, so many of the restaurants in the Waterside Building had limited service. There are some other restaurants in the adjacent downtown Norfolk area. The shower and bath facilities are at the southern end of the Waterside Building and accessible from the outside. Shore power and water was at each slip and the dockhands were very helpful when docking. The Nautilus museum and the USS Wisconsin are a short walk from the marina.
