This quiet and relaxing marina boasts a beautiful Inn as well as an excellent restaurant. They offer slips for transient boaters as well as options for docking and dining. This is not a boatyard marina and is more resort-like. A very nice swimming pool with a bar and grill that is open on weekends, is adjacent to the Inn. There are kayaks and paddle boards available for guests at the marina and Inn, and barbecue grills with picnic tables dot the well-manicured landscape. Weekdays are very quiet at Osprey Point. The place starts to liven up by Friday during the season when many boaters arrive to enjoy the weekend on their sailboats and powerboats.
The downtown area of Rock Hall is about a mile down the road and easily accessible with the courtesy bicycles at the marina. Rock Hall Harbor is about the same distance and is the location of a few more marinas and restaurants. The town sponsors a number of events during the season, most notably the Fourth of July festivities and Pirates Weekend. Both events draw large crowds to the town and the marinas are usually booked solid.
The floating docks are in good condition and all slips have access to electric and water. Boat repair services are available at Osprey Point's sister marina, Gratitude, where you can also find fuel service. Gratitude is located on the point behind the wooden bulkhead as you enter Swan Creek.
