The Tidewater Yacht Marina is a large marina on the Elizabeth River in Portsmouth and across the river from downtown Norfolk. The marina accommodates yachts of all sizes and is very convenient for ICW travelers as it holds the distinction of being at mile marker 0 of the ICW. They have fuel and pumpout service as well as an onsite ships store and restaurant.
